Warranty Service

At Vega LLC, all electronics are covered by a warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years. During the warranty period, any repairs of factory defects and warranty services are free of charge.

To receive warranty service, the owner must visit the corresponding service center and present Vega LLC’s warranty card, certified with a serial number and company stamp.

If the service center is unable to repair the item or provide the necessary parts within forty-five (45) working days, the item will be replaced. If it is not possible to replace the product with the same model and the customer refuses an alternative model with similar functions and price, the store is obligated to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Expired warranty period

  • Any mechanical damage

  • Defects caused by high voltage

  • Remote controls (for all types of devices)

  • Filters, hoses, fabric bags (for air conditioners, washing machines, vacuum cleaners)

  • Damage caused by mechanical, thermal, or water exposure

  • Incomplete packaging or missing parts

  • Damage due to incorrect use

  • Unauthorized or self-repair

  • Damage during incorrect installation or connection by third parties, or if usage conditions from the user manual are not followed


Product Return and Exchange

A product can be returned or exchanged only if its features do not match the technical specifications and visual presentation on the website. Return or exchange is possible within three days of purchase.

Returning items with visual defects is not allowed if the buyer acknowledged in the acceptance form:

  • I visually inspected the item (the TV was turned on) and accepted it without complaints.

  • I chose to accept the item in sealed packaging without visual inspection and will not have claims in case of any defect.
